Do most of the Flight Schools accept flight instructors without degree?

i know airlines prefer the one with a degree but how about flight schools... lets say he has already all the licenses needed

1. Since flight instructors have a CFI certificate, they can be accepted into flight schools without a degree. Most local flight schools will gladly accept a CFI, regardless of their upper-level education. However, if a CFI with no degree is looking for a job at places like Embry-Riddle Aero University or University of North Dakota, they will almost undoubtedly have a hard time with that endeavor.
