  1. Its a TOTAL scam - there is NO school or training course that will help you get an airlline job. As for getting a job as an F/A - forget about it. US carriers are not hiring but furloughing F/A's. Any jobs that do open, they will get first shot.
  2. Not a reputable institution. Like the other person said, not many airlines are presently recruiting flight attendants, and when they do, they don't usually care if you took prior airline training. For these positions, they have other hiring criteria (which vary from airline to airline). Very few airlines will require a candidate to take prior training, but those who do use a reputable on line training program (e.g. Inflight Institute) and they require a candidate to take that course only once they have been successfully interviewed and offered a position, after which time they will send the new recruits to a 6-week intensive internal training program.
  3. If you read Working in Aviation, they mention what courses help to get accepted by airlines (First Aid, languages, etc)., but basically the other answers could well be right. Why not go on Amazon and get a copy of the book for your girlfriend? It has contributions from people working in the industry with no axes to grind, so tells it how it is, warts and all - but is an interesting read. Good luck Verite R
