Flight Attendant Information

How do you become a flight attendant?

I'm really interested in becoming a flight attendant. I'm a senior in high school and i have found no hard factual evidence on how to become one. I know im going to college for agscience but after i get out of college i want to become one. What school do you have to go to (even if you do), what are the qualifications and salary wise. Thanks!

  1. go apply at the airline company and go for interviews but u really need to pimp up ur appearance first
  2. I've worked in several of the London airports in security, your best bet is to 'Google' your local airport with "Jobs at ********* airport" and you will find them there, or "Flight attendants with ********** airlines". You just need a good standard of education.
  3. To become a FA, you simply need to apply at any airline that interests you. There are schools you can go to, but they are a waste of time and money. The airlines have to train you after you're hired anyway, whether or not you have previous training or experience. They hire intelligent, upbeat, clean cut people who can deal well with the public in stressful situations and are "team players". Foreign language skills and a college degree are preferred but generally not required. A clean background is important, i.e. no trouble with alcohol, drugs, legal problems, credit problems or a bad driving record. Good personal recommendations from people working at the airline(s) you are interested in working for can be a big help.
  4. You must take proper training first and for that you have to join institute according to your affordability and after that applyin airline companies. Wish you all the best for your future.
