Are there any flight schools with summer clubs or programs??

1. Summer is prime-time for flying clubs and flight training companies. Checkout your local airport for flying activity. Generally speaking, I recommend you stick with the "bigger is better" approach to fight training. Small "starter up" flight schools can often be frought with service related problems, i.e. not enough airplanes to use, lack of instructors, money related difficulties (which often translates into students paying more - yes, I'm speaking from experience here) So... yeah... stick with well known flying clubs if you can. The bigger, the better! Booooyah!
2. Actually there is!! Pittsburgh Flight Training Center has a summer program for kids ages 12-18 this summer. The program is a week-long and is really good with ground and flying time!! If you are in the Pittsburgh, PA area, please let me know and I can give you details.
